We price based on scope, not on time. Before any work starts, we agree on a fixed scope and a fixed cost. If scope changes, we discuss it explicitly and issue a change order. You will never receive an invoice you weren't expecting.

Yes. We have a specific engagement structure for pre-seed and seed-stage companies that prioritises speed and capital efficiency. If you're at that stage, tell us your runway and we'll design a delivery plan that fits.

Yes, but we conduct a technical audit first. We need to understand what we're inheriting before we commit to delivery timelines. The audit is billed separately and produces a written report regardless of whether you engage us further.

Every project is handed over with documentation, a knowledge transfer session, and a 30-day post-launch support window included. After that, we offer support contracts with defined response time SLAs.

Yes. Our team is distributed and we've worked with clients across time zones. We structure communication so that time zone differences don't create delays in your project.

We sign an NDA before any project discussion. Source code, project data, and business information are treated as confidential by default and are never shared outside the engagement.

We don't have a hard minimum, but we're most useful for projects that require engineering thinking, not just execution. If you need a simple brochure website, we're probably not the right fit. If you need a system, we are.
