Shakalya International is built on the foundation of sovereign data control. We design cloud and AI architectures where customer data remains strictly isolated, confidential, and under user authority.
1. Overview & Sovereign Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Shakalya International Pvt. Ltd. ("Shakalya", "we", "us", or "our") collects, processes, secures, and handles information across our software platforms, including Quantsilica AI, DataXpress, SI Sandbox, and ResumeFlow AI.
We prioritize user privacy above traditional analytics harvesting. Our engineering core adheres to the principle that your enterprise data, queries, models, and personal information remain your sovereign property.
Sovereign Data Guarantee
Shakalya never sells, rents, or monetizes user dataset contents, customer model prompts, or applicant telemetry to third-party data brokers or advertising networks.
2. Data Ingestion & Collection
We collect only the essential information necessary to deliver enterprise cognitive services and maintain security authentication:
- Account & Authentication Metadata: Full name, business email address, hashed passwords, and authentication credentials when initializing user sessions.
- Enterprise System Telemetry: API usage metrics, request timestamps, system execution performance, and error logs for maintaining platform uptime.
- Application & Career Data: Resumes, portfolio links, and cover notes uploaded through our career intake forms.
- Inference Inputs & Datasets: Structured files, document uploads, or vector embeddings processed through Quantsilica AI and DataXpress.
3. Zero Model Training Policy
A core pillar of Shakalya's security architecture is our explicit Zero Public Model Training Policy.
Customer dataset contents, natural language prompts, document attachments, and fine-tuned embeddings processed across our AI platforms are NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or improve public foundation models or shared third-party models without explicit written authorization.
4. Tenant Isolation & Security
We implement multi-tenant logical isolation and dedicated VPC sandboxing. Customer environments are compartmentalized using role-based access control (RBAC), end-to-end encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), and AES-256 encryption at rest.
5. Retention & Deletion Rights
In compliance with global data protection frameworks (such as GDPR and the India DPDP Act), you retain full rights to inspect, export, or permanently purge your account data and operational assets.
Upon account termination or explicit request to info@shakalyainternational.in, all associated user data and stored embeddings are purged within 30 calendar days.
